Wilmington Builders Supply will accept any returned item that is in saleable condition along with the original sales receipt. Special order products such as set-up door units or factory ordered merchandize are non-returnable, a 10-20 percent charges may apply to special order returns. |

Our delivery is free of charge for orders tallying over $250.00. For orders under $250.00 there will be a $10.00 delivery charge. We also bill for delivering any masonry product which is not combined with a lumber order greater that $250.00. |

It is rather simple. All you have to do is to call your salesperson or the shipping department to set up a time and place for delivery in accordance to your convenience. |

Boom truck deliveries are reserved for roofing material, siding material and house frame distributions. We can accommodate most requests for boom truck deliveries within a few days. |

Your project will receive the same attention as our largest homebuilder account. |
